Delete your REP11 data
App: REP11: Football Training Developer: Bolly Labs Pty Ltd (ACN 701 365 246), South Australia Version: v1.3 ยท effective 2026-10-03
The short version
Almost everything REP11 knows about your child stays on your own device and is never sent to us. Their name, their age band, the avatar they built, and every drill they have ever done. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it, at once, with nothing to ask us for.
A small amount does leave the device, and this page says exactly what, what deleting achieves, and how to ask. If a grown-up has signed in, that account can be deleted from inside the app. See Deleting a parent account below.
Before you ask: please read this first
There is no delete button on this page, and nothing here happens by accident. Deleting is done by email, a person reads it, and we write back to confirm before anything is removed. A child cannot delete a family's training history by finding this page.
Deleting cannot be undone. If you ask us to remove a child's record, their drill history, personal bests, streak and trophies go with it, and we cannot bring them back afterwards.
Two gentler things to try first, in case one of them is what you actually want:
- Just want to stop using REP11? Uninstall the app. Everything on the device goes with it, and you never have to contact us.
- Just want one child's profile gone, not the whole family's? Say so in your email. We will remove only the profile you name.
How to ask us to delete your data
- Email support@rep11football.com
- Put Delete my data in the subject line
- Tell us which app you mean (REP11) and, if a grown-up signed in, the email address they signed in with. Signing in is optional, so if nobody in your house did, tell us so. There is usually nothing held under your name at all.
- We will reply within 30 days, and tell you what we deleted and what, if anything, we could not.
You do not need an account to ask, and we will not ask you to create one.
What is deleted, and what is kept
| What | Where it lives | What deletion does |
|---|---|---|
| Your child's display name, age band, avatar and card choices | Your device only. Never sent to us | Uninstalling the app deletes it immediately |
| Training history, which drills, how long, personal bests, streaks, quiz answers | Your device only. Never sent to us | Uninstalling the app deletes it immediately |
| Anything typed into a player's profile | Your device only. Never sent to us | Uninstalling the app deletes it immediately |
| A note sent with Tell us. The words typed and the name of the screen it was sent from, plus a one-way scrambled form of the network address it came from, kept only to stop spam | Sent to us, only when someone types a note and presses send | A note is not linked to a player, a device or an account, so we cannot look notes up by name. Email us the wording, or roughly when it was sent, and we will delete the matching note |
| An account: held by an adult aged 18 or over who signs in (a parent, a guardian or an adult player): the email address and account identifier Google or Apple gives us, sign-in session records, and any family record you create (including a coach's team and the teams your family joined) | Our account service (hosted by Cloudflare), only if a grown-up chose to sign in. Children never have an account; a player in the 13+ age band may have their own sign-in identifier, which is deleted with the player or the family, or on its own in the app | Delete it in the app (below) or by email. Removed immediately from our live systems, and within 30 days from our backups |
| An install identifier. A random code that identifies the app installation, not a person | Sent to Expo, our app-update provider, each time the app checks for an update | Uninstalling stops it being sent. It is not linked to you or your child, so neither we nor Expo can tell which past records were yours. Reinstalling creates a new, unrelated code |
| A crash message. The error text from a failure, sent once so the app can recover | Sent to Expo after a crash, so the app knows whether to roll back an update | Same: not linked to you, so past records cannot be traced back to a person |
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, videos or audio, your child's health or fitness measurements, or any advertising identifier. There are no ads in REP11 and no third-party analytics.
Deleting a parent account
Signing in is optional, and only for a grown-up. If you signed in, you can delete the account yourself:
- Open Settings, then Parent account.
- Tap Delete parent account and complete the grown-up check.
- Type DELETE, then confirm with the same Google or Apple account you signed in with.
That deletes your REP11 account and any family it solely owns (the sign-in identity, its session records and the family record) immediately from our live systems, and within 30 days from our backups, which keep a rolling 30-day recovery window. A family another adult still belongs to stays for them. Training kept on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app. If you would rather we did it, email us (the steps above) and we will.
If nobody signs in to an account for 24 months we will contact you, and if nothing happens by 36 months we delete it.
